I am currently finishing my MA Librarianship at University of Sheffield.  I am interested in studying the library user experience in general and how patrons interact with libraries’ web interfaces as well as how effective libraries are at making spaces welcoming to all members of the community they serve in particular.  I am using this blog to explore these issues.
